The questions you're probably asking.
Because the things you've tried were almost certainly working at the conscious level, like discipline, a new app, a new routine, a fresh start on Monday. We work at the subconscious level, where the actual patterns live. Same person, same effort, different layer of the mind, and that's what makes the change actually stick rather than fade after three weeks.
No, and we're careful about that distinction. We're coaches, not therapists, which means we work with present patterns and the direction you're heading rather than diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. It goes deeper than most coaching, but if you're navigating something clinical, please work with a qualified therapist alongside this. The two can complement each other beautifully.
Every call is recorded and available in the portal, so you can catch up whenever it works for you. You can also submit a hot seat question in advance if you can't make the live call, and we'll still coach you on it. Most members will miss at least one call across six months, and the programme is built with that in mind.
Probably yes, and we'd rather you bring the scepticism with you than pretend you don't have it. Manifestation in this programme isn't vision boards and hoping the universe delivers, it's about directing what your brain is actually filtering for, which has real science behind it. If you're sceptical of the woo version, so are we. If you're closed to the whole idea even when it's grounded in how brains genuinely work, then this might not be your thing.

You pay £77 a month for this six-month season. If you continue into future seasons without breaking the chain, you keep that £77 rate for as long as you remain a member. Yes, absolutely. What we won't do is be your PT or your nutritionist, and we don't give fitness or nutrition advice in the programme. What we will coach is the mindset, identity, beliefs and patterns that have kept you stuck, because most people don't actually have a knowledge problem with their body. They have a follow-through problem, and that's something we can actually help with.
Calls are at 10am UK time. They work comfortably for the UK, Europe and the Middle East, and they're a manageable evening for most of Asia. For the US it's an early morning, and for Australia it lands in the evening. Everything is recorded if the live timing doesn't work, so you don't miss the work even if you can't make the room.
