Holding space is powerful. It deserves preparation.
When someone shares in a circle, they are offering vulnerability. Without structure, boundaries and nervous system awareness, even well-intentioned spaces can become overwhelming for you and the people you're supporting.
Confidence alone is not enough. You need nervous system awareness, clear group agreements, ethical boundaries, the ability to regulate yourself under pressure, and a structured framework for guiding groups.
This training gives you that foundation.
The right fit, and the honest ones who are not
This is for you if...
- You feel called to hold circles but lack structure or confidence
- You want to facilitate ethically, not performatively
- You care deeply about emotional safety
- You want practical tools, not just inspiration
- You're building a circle-based or 1:1 offering
This is not for you if...
- You want a quick certificate without depth
- You want to process your own trauma through the group
- You are not willing to reflect and practise
Where you will be after eight weeks
Understand the nervous system in group settings
Set and hold boundaries with calm and clarity
Confidently hold a circle from start to finish
Navigate emotional intensity without panic
Trust yourself to facilitate ethically and responsibly
Lead from grounded presence, not performance
Lived experience, not just theory
I have been holding circles and intentional spaces for years, creating grounded, emotionally aware environments rooted in safety and integrity.
My approach blends intuitive presence with clear structure so spaces feel warm, steady and contained.
This training is built from lived experience, practice and a deep respect for the responsibility of facilitation. Holding space is sacred work. It deserves preparation.

Things people usually ask
Do I need previous experience holding space or running circles?
Not at all. This suits beginners and those who have held circles before but want stronger structure and confidence.
Do I need to want to run sharing circles specifically?
No. The skills apply to any space where emotional safety matters, including 1:1 sessions, workshops, community spaces and client work.
What if I cannot make the live calls?
All teaching content is pre-recorded and you will have lifetime access. Live calls are strongly encouraged but not mandatory, and are recorded.
I already host circles. Is this still worth it?
Yes. Many facilitators rely on intuition alone. This training adds structure, nervous system awareness and ethical boundaries to deepen your practice.
Will I be able to charge for circles after completing this?
Yes, provided you feel steady and ready. Week 8 covers ethical growth and how to start responsibly.
Is this trauma therapy training?
No. You will learn to create safety and recognise nervous system patterns, but this does not qualify you as a therapist.
What if I do not feel ready to facilitate yet?
You do not need to feel ready to begin. This training is designed to build steadiness and clarity so you can grow into the role responsibly.
